Geometrický plán pre vyznačenie budovy v k.ú. Pustkovec

Abstract

This bachelorˈs thesis aims to clarify and describe the procedure for preparing a geometric plan and its requirements, for the purpose of registering a building in the real estate cadastre. The subject of the survey was a family house located in the cadastral area of Pustkovec in the Ostrava-city district. This thesis is divided into several sections, one of which introduces and explains concepts related to the geometric plan and the real estate cadastre. It also describes the practical procedures involved in surveying, calculations, and drafting work related to its processing and preparation, up to its final completion.
