Návrh fyzické ochrany základní a mateřské školy

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh fyzickej ochrany základnej a materskej školy. Úvodná časť je venovaná teoreticko-právnemu rozboru fyzickej ochrany. Ďalšia časť sa zaoberá riadením bezpečnostných rizík. Zahrňuje charakteristiku objektu vrátane popisu súčasného stavu zabezpečenia, identifikáciu, analýzu a vyhodnotenie bezpečnostných rizík. Záverečná časť obsahuje vypracovanie troch variant návrhu ošetrenia bezpečnostných rizík na základe výsledkov analytických metód. Jednotlivé návrhy sú následne ohodnotené a je vybraná najvhodnejšia varianta. Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť ošetrenia bezpečnostných rizík objektu základnej a materskej školy technickými prostriedkami na akceptovateľnú úroveň, a to pri dodržaní požiadaviek princípu ALARP.

The subject of this master thesis is elementary school and infant school physical protection proposal. The introductory part is devoted to theoretical - legal analysis of physical protection. Next section deals with the management of security risks. It includes the characteristics of the building, including a description of the current state of security, identification, analysis and evaluation of security risks. The final section contains elaboration of three of security risks handling propositions variants based on the analytical methods results. Individual suggestions are then evaluated in order to choose the most suitable option. The aim of the master thesis is to design security risks handling of elementary school and infant school by technical means to an acceptable level , and only in compliance with the requirements of the ALARP principle.
