Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee benefits, their significance, and their impact on the motivation and satisfaction of employees in a selected business company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the effectiveness of the benefits provided in the company XY, Ltd through an analysis of its benefit system, and to propose recommendations for improvement based on the results of a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part describes key concepts, types of benefits, and their legal, accounting, and tax aspects. The practical part first focuses on the current offer of employee benefits and then, through a questionnaire, evaluates employee preferences with an emphasis on differences between age groups and identifies benefits that could contribute to greater job satisfaction.
