Technologické postupy a vyhodnocení materiálových variant řešení střešní konstrukce objektu železobetonového skeletu - použití ocelové rámové konstrukce a variant dřevěných konstrukcí

Abstract

Obsahem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení stavu střešní konstrukce rozestavěného železobetonového skeletu v Kobeřicích a vyhodnocení dvou variant zásahů do konstrukce. První varianta souvisí s celkovou rekonstrukcí objektu a s kompletním odstraněním stávající střešní konstrukce z důvodu neumožnění provozu v posledním nadzemním podlaží. Tato varianta zahrnuje výstavbu, finanční a časovou náročnost realizace nového vaznicového krovu s ocelovou konstrukcí. Druhá varianta se zabývá degradací stávající střešní konstrukce, návrhem sanace těchto poruch a výměnou prvků, pokud by objekt nebyl rekonstruován a nadále ponechán účinkům nepříznivých vlivů.

The content of this thesis was evaluate the condition of the roof structure unfinished ferroconcrete’s frame in Kobeřice and evaluation of two options of construction interventions. The first variant relates with overall reconstruction of the building and with complete removal of existing roof structure for impracticable operation in the last floor. This option involves the construction, financial and time demands of implementation of the new purlin truss with steel structures. The second option deals with the degradation of the existing roof structure, project for rehabilitation these disorders and exchange of elements, if the object was not restored and continue to leave the effects of adverse effects.
