Využití biometrických prvků v automatickém přiřazování pořízených obrazových dat

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the identification of persons on the basis of their biometric properties. Specifically, the identification of people by capturing the face image. The main objective of this thesis is to bring closer the methods of people recognition in healthcare as an area in which this method has enormous potential. The work consists of two parts. In the introduction, the first are described the biometric technologies and performance of biometric systems, followed by a description of the face detection method in the image and methods for identifying people. The last chapter in the first part is about the provisions for the exchange of biometric data. The second part of the diploma thesis contains two subparts. At first, the first application for people identification in the picture is described, and the second part is dedicated to the implementation of the application for person verification. All data is compared to databases. The last chapter summarizes the achieved results. The application is written in C#.
