Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the pension insurance in the Czech republic. The main aim of this work is analysis of the current pension reform and subjective assessment o fit. In the introductory chapter is characterized social insurance, which includes the mentioned pension insurance. The next chapter is focus on evolution of pension insurance in the Czech republic since 1923 to present. In the conclusion, the analysis itself is carried out reforms, together with a possible further solution of the pension system in the Czech Republic.
