Dopad manažerského rozhodnutí na logistiku vybraného podniku a jeho ekonomické vyhodnocení

Abstract

The submitted work deals mainly with decision-making process of management and with the influence on a decision for the key logistic activities. The main task of the thesis is to evaluate impacts of a contemplated possibility of innovation, which should be the principle for the creation of a relevant basis for the final managerial decision. The thesis will include theoretical knowledge from scientific literature and also practical findings showing the currrent and the future state of the describing company. The aim of the thesis is to submit a suitable proposal, which will reduce logistic costs of the company, including the impact on key logistic activities. The specific investment project is assessed by the pre-feasibility study of regularity and by methods of the investment assessment.
