Analýza emisních systémů moderních vozidel se zážehovým motorem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of emission systems of modern gasoline engines, with emphasis on the gasoline particulate filter (GPF) and its behavior under real driving conditions. The theoretical part summarizes emission formation, reduction principles, and the role of current emission standards, focusing on the relationship between combustion and exhaust aftertreatment. The practical part is based on diagnostic data from a Škoda Fabia equipped with a 1.0 TSI engine compliant with Euro 6d. Selected parameters were used to evaluate the emission system under various operating conditions. The main contribution of this thesis is the connection of theoretical knowledge with real-world data analysis, enabling evaluation of emission system performance in modern gasoline engines.
