Abstract

The goal of this thesis is satisfaction measurement of the inhabitants of village Sviadnov with provided services. The introduction is about definition of satisfaction, services and village marketing mix. Next subsection describes basic characteristic of village Sviadnov, its inhabitants and statistical data. The following section is about preparation phase, setting up the goal of research, the amount of required respondents and creation of questionnaire. Research is being conducted in field of satisfaction with public transportation, education, culture etc. Execution phase is about data collection and processing in SPSS application. Then comes the acquired data analysis and proposal of solutions which might lead to increase of satisfaction among the village citizens.
