Měření a vyhodnocování nízkých hladin osvětleností a jasů

Abstract

This thesis deals with measuring and evaluating low levels of illuminance and luminance. The theoretical part is the mention of the visual perception of humans, asdescribed here(the next step is description of) measuring instruments and programs for the evaluation of low luminances. Here(after that follows) a few words about the adaptation of human vision CCD camera with an optical filter and a measuring apparatus for measuring long-term night-sky luminescence with the previously mentioned camera. The practical part is aimed at measuring the night sky luminance with LMKmobile advanced analyzer and subsequent evaluation of the measurement.
