Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current state and knowledge in the field of pre-hospital care in the form of planned first aid on request in the Moravian-Silesian Region based on the Memorandum on the involvement of fire brigades. The first part of the thesis addresses the legal framework, the conditions laid down by the Memorandum and there is a description of the main components involved in this cooperation. The second part summarizes the setting of cooperation within the Moravian-Silesian region, the method of financing and training requirements. The thesis also outlines the characteristics of this region. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of this cooperation, and it presents ideas for improving cooperation and it suggests the optimization of training.
