Abstract

This thesis deals with the elaboration of geometric plans for separation and determination of land ownership. Implementation requires a review of guidelines, standards, decrees and laws that describe the issues examined. The work discusses various parts containing sketches and process of their creation. It also describes how to obtain documents and review them as well as preparation of documents for measurement, description of work in the field of surveying and processing sketches. This work also mentions the historical development of the land registry and the need for preparation of geometric plans as a basis for converting the legal acts.
