Abstract

This thesis is focused on problematic of evaluation of business performance. The aim is to evaluate the financial efficiency of the company by the use of traditional methods of financial analysis, to identify weak points and to propose a solution of identified situation. The theoretical part deals with basic terms of financial analysis, analysis of individual financial indicators and method of evaluation of the enterprise. The practical part contains application of the financial analysis ratios. In this part is assessed the financial health of the firm. At the end of the Bachelor´s Thesis there is an analysis of proposals and recommendations how to improve step by step the company´s current financial situation.
