Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the performance of engineering company between the years 2012 and 2015. The theoretical part focus on the theoretical and methodological solutions of the company performance. In this part are defined the basic terms of this solved issues and individual approaches which are used for evaluation of the performence. In the practical part is characterized the analyzed engineering company and choosed suitable competitor for comparison. Subsequently, there are applied individual methods and analysis for an evaluation of the performence company. For the complexity of the partical part is done clear evaluation of the position of the analyzed company in a whole range of indicators in relation to the sectoral average. In conclusion is a summary of the achived results, on this basis are created individual proposals and recommendations for the analyzed company, for increasing its performance.
