Posouzení procesů získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Förch s.r.o.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the employee recruitment and selection process in the Förch s.r.o. company using the theoretical knowledge acquired during the studying of the appropriate bibliography and also using the results of a questionnaire. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. Finally, ideas and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the above mentioned employee recruitment and selection process.
