Abstract

This diploma thesis is based on analysis of current system of employee's benefits provided by chosen company. The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest changes in the system based on the current state, which could have enhance work satisfaction, performance and efficiency of the employees. In the first part of the thesis, there are clarified theoretical and methodical aspects regarded to topics of employee’s benefits. In the practical part of the thesis, there is current active portfolio of employee’s benefits in the chosen company. Output of the thesis are suggestions and recommendations resulted from the answers from the research, which has investigated approach of the employees to their satisfaction with the current system and actual provided benefits.
