Informovanost obyvatel města Vratimov v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění informovanosti obyvatel v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva na území města Vratimov. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak a jakým způsobem je obyvatelstvo informováno v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva. Obsahově je práce zaměřena na definici základních pojmů, způsoby informování a varování obyvatelstva, koncové prvky varování obyvatelstva a vyrozumění složek Integrovaného záchranného systému a povodeň. V další části se práce zabývá dotazníkem, a jeho vyhodnocením, jehož cílem je zjistit, v jaké míře mají obyvatelé povědomí o povodních a s nimi spojených rizik. Na základě získaných dat je vytvořen návrh na informování obyvatelstva s důležitými informacemi, které je potřeba znát v případě vzniku mimořádné události.

The bachelor thesis is focused on finding out the awareness of the population in the field of population protection in the area of the city of Vratimov. The aim of the thesis is to find out how and how the population is informed in the field of population protection. The content of the thesis is focused on the definition of basic concepts, ways of informing and warning the population, the end elements of warning the population and notifying integrated rescue system components and flood. In the next part, the thesis deals with the questionnaire and its evaluation, the aim of which is to find out to what extent the inhabitants are aware of the floods and the risks associated with them. Based on the data obtained, a proposal is created to inform the population with important information that needs to be known in the event of an emergency.
