Konstrukční řešení prototypu přípravku pro laserové čištění povrchu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focused on the development and production of a prototype fixture for laser cleaning of a samples. The laser for which the fixture was designed is the MRJ-FL-C120. The introductory part discusses the topic of laser surface processing, followed by a more detailed explanation of surface cleaning and roughening. The design section presents the step-by-step development of the fixture, including illustrations of significant changes. The individual designed components produced using 3D printing technology are also shown and described. The final part documents the completed production – the assembly of a functional prototype and its functionality testing. The conclusion includes a recommendation for improvements that would automate the entire laser processing workflow.
