Realizace Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Moravskoslezsko v kontextu Strategie rozvoje Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the implementation of Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Moravia Silesia to performance Moravian-Silesian Region Development Strategy and evaluation of financial and physical progress in the implementation of the ROP MS in the program period 2007-2013.

This thesis is based on the hypothesis that the Regional Operational Programme Moravia Silesia contributes at least 50% on the achievement of the specific objectives of the Development Strategy and and impact indicators and context of ROP MS are at least equal to half the indicators in the Strategy.

Thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the ROP MS as part of EU cohesion policy in the country. The second chapter describes the development of the Region Strategy for the years 2009 - 2016 and socio-economic analysis of the region. The third part contains an evaluation of the impact of the implementation of the ROP NUTS II Moravia-Silesia to performance Moravian-Silesian Region Development Strategy 2009 – 2016.
