Abstract

This work is dedicated to the health and safety at work. Its main task is to review the current status of a system of OSH MS Technik spol. s ro, identify and evaluate risks and propose appropriate safety precautions. In the first part of this work is theoretical knowledge dealing with occupational safety and health in the Czech Republic and also from the perspective of the European Union. The second part contains a brief description of the company and its OSH management system. There is aligned simultaneously OSH in the company with the requirements of OHSAS and are designed steps, which should contribute to a certificate OHSAS 18001 standards. There are also identified and assessed risks involved for individual work performance and proposed safety measures that help to reduce or eliminate these risks.
