Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of the use of submersible drilling hammers for drilling medium-deep and deep boreholes. The first part of the work is devoted to the characteristics of the process of eroding rocks rotationally jack way, including the clarification of its principle. Another part of the thesis characterizes the submersible hammer drill and the current technological levels of DTH hammers. In the final part of the diploma thesis are given examples of the possible use of the immersion drilling hammers for drilling of medium-deep and deep boreholes, including the draft of a possible drilling of a fictitious borehole.
