Hodnocení míry připravenosti vybrané organizace k aplikaci koncepce Kvalita 4.0

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the level of readiness of the selected organisation to apply the Quality 4.0 concept, and to identify any shortcomings. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the analysis of the main pillars of this issue, which are the concept of quality and industry. This part is smoothly followed by the modern version of industry, or Industry 4.0 and the characteristic elements of this concept. Furthermore, this thesis describes how the Quality 4.0 concept is defined by the literature, followed by a brief description of the evaluation model and its selected elements that have been analysed in this thesis. Through the practical part, the scope of the evaluated elements is outlined and the way in which the different analyses were carried out is described. In the practical part, sample analyses of two selected elements are described. Based on the analyses performed, the overall level of preparedness of the organisation was calculated. The result of the analysis is described in more detail in the overall assessment, through which individual suggestions for improvement were also proposed.
