Abstract

This thesis deals with controlled rolling seamless tube centers Small and Great Mannesmann Tube Mill TŽ. This process can effectively achieve the desired texture, grain size and mechanical properties. The study also described the different processes in the processing of tubes to warm parts of both plants. The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the results of tensile tests, impact energy and metallography of steel S355J2H. A landmark introduction normalizing rolling on the track Big Mannesmann was the reconstruction and modernization in 2008. After the successful introduction of the normalization process of rolling center at Great Mannesmann rolling this way also carried out in the Small Mannesmann.
