Geometrický plán na zameranie stavby pre vydanie kolaudačného rozhodnutia v k.ú. Slaská

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the preparation of a geometric plan of a new buildingand its land for the purposes of issuing a final building approval decision in the cadastralarea of Slaská, on plot No. 321/2 in the district of Žiar nad Hronom. In the introductorychapters, the thesis presents the theoretical basis for geometric plans, their structure, andpurpose. The theoretical part also includes a description of the detailed measurement ofchanges and an overview of basic information about the real estate cadastre in the SlovakRepublic. The practical part of the thesis deals with the procedure for obtaining andprocessing the measured data necessary for the preparation of a geometric plan. The resultof the thesis is an officially and authoritatively verified geometric plan in accordance withvalid legislation, including a record of detailed measurements of changes.
