Využití informací účetnictví pro řízení podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití účetních výkazů pro řízení podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje účetním výkazům, charakteristikou finanční analýzy a finančním řízením. Tyto informace jsou podkladem pro další část. V praktické části jsou informace o analyzovaném podniku. Je zde zachyceno využívání účetních informací pro hodnocení efektivnosti v dané společnosti, je provedena analýza účetních výkazů a zhodnocena finanční situace společnosti.

This thesis focuses on the use of financial statements for the propose of the company’s management. Teoretical part devotes to financial statements, characteristic of financial analysis and financial management. These information are used as bases for another part of my thesis. In the practical part are information of anaylzed company. Here is captures the utilization of accounting information for evaluation effectivess of company, financial analysis and evaluation of financial situation in company.
