Abstract
Adaptation process is still underrated sphere in area of Human Resource Management. Output of properly set adaptation process for firm is employee, who does his job fast and right. It also means, that employee feels like part of the firm, because he will understand firm's values and goals and at the same time high level of fluctuation will not occur. This bachelor's thesis is about adaptation process in chosen firm. Also it is about employee fluctuation, which can be one of the results badly set adaptation process. Purpose of this thesis with help of a questionnaire, interview and internal documentation is to find out causes and rate of fluctuation in firm and set united adaptation process, which should lead to lower fluctuation. Theoretical part deals mainly with adaptation and fluctuation. Practical part deals with analysis of current adaptation process, fluctuation and proposed solution.
