Organizace a hospodaření krajských úřadů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the organization and management of the Moravian-Silesian and Central Bohemia Regional Authority. Description and comparison of organizational structures of both officies are part of the thesis. Thesis also describes the economics of selected regional authorities with a focus on the expenditures on the running of the regional authority and their comparison. The first aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate general assumptions and practical solutions to organizational system of selected regional authorities. The second aim was to evaluate the management of selected regional authorities for the period 2011-2015 with a focus on personnel and operating expenditure.
