Streaming DVB-T signálu pomocí embeded zařízení založeném na procesoru ARM

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to create a system, which will stream television content into computer network. The content will be obtained from digital terrestrial video broadcasting. Supported will be the actual type of broadcasting DVB-T and also the upcoming DVB-T2. Emphasis will be put on easy use of the system, clarity and easy configuration. The system will run totally independently, so it will not need any management after it is started. It will be possible to make changes without shutting down or restarting the system, for example changing streaming configuration or connecting another DVB tuner to computer. It will be possible to make web interface available during streaming content into network, where will be information about ongoing streaming, such as list of streamed channels or information about state of signal. There will be also possible to download playlist, which will allow to watch streamed television channels using a multimedia player. Offered services will be provided without dependency on specific end device, operating system, internet browser and multimedia player. Everything will work on a single board computer with ARM processor, on which will run operating system Linux.
