Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of a new administrative building. The first part of the work is focused on the design of the construction part of the building. The project documentation is processed to the extent for the implementation of the construction. The second part of the work includes the design of heating. A cascade of two gas condensing boilers is designed as a heat source for the entire building. Underfloor hot water heating is designed throughout the building. For the design of the new building, a certificate of energy performance of the building and energy evaluation is prepared. The building meets the requirements for construction by the end of 2021. In the classification class for primary energy from non-renewable sources, the building is included in category C - economical. The average heat transfer coefficient of a building is Uem = 0.286 W / m2K. The new building thus belongs to the category B from the point of view of the average heat transfer coefficient of the building - very economical. The new building has two floors. Structurally, the building is designed as a steel skeleton. The cladding of the perimeter walls will consist of horizontally laid thermal insulation panels. The work also includes thermal-technical assessment of structures and evaluation of critical detail. The diploma thesis consists of a text part with supplemented appendices, technical sheets from the manufacturers of used equipment and a drawing part.
