Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate current methods and tools of purchasing management. The first part deals with description of the purchase, with its function in the company and with possibilities, how company can to organize it. The thesis also describes the procedures of purchasing process. The next parts are devoted to purchasing marketing and purchasing strategies.
