Zpracování strategické analýzy vybraného podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on processing strategic analysis of a selected company. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate financial health and overall prosperity of the company based on processed strategic analysis and to recommend precautions, that will help to improve the situation of the company. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are firstly defined terms like strategy, strategic management and thinking, strategic analysis and then the principles of selected internal and external analysis are defined and explained. In the practical part of the thesis firstly basic characteristics of the selected company are desribed and then selected analysis are applied to the situation in which the company is located. Based on results of those analysis there is overall evaluation of the company performed and recommendations and precautions are proposed.
