Právne aspekty verejného obstarávania v SR a ČR

Abstract

Topic of this diploma thesis is “Legal Aspects of the Public Orders in the Slovak and Czech Republics”. The topic has been selected due to the fact that the public orders belong to the most discussed topics in the public sector. The aim of the diploma thesis is to specify the basic terms in the field of public procurements in the Slovak and Czech Republics and to evaluate the differences between their legal forms as well as their regulation. . The first two chapters deal with the basic characteristics and the legal form of the public orders in the Slovak and Czech Republics. The attention is paid especially to the legal form of the public orders, their financial limits, anticipated value of the public order, relevant function, public, subsidized and sector providers, general agreement, applicant, public, subsidized and sector contract owner and their duties. These first two chapters deal with above limit and under limit public orders as well as with public orders of small range.

The last (third) chapter deals with the comparison of differences in the legal forms of the public orders in the Slovak and Czech and their regulation.
