Abstract
This work deals with development and optimization of a flow photoreactor and verification of its usability in the chemical industry. Various photoreactor prototypes were assembled and tested. Based on the results the first pilot scale photoreactor was constructed. This photoreactor was thoroughly described and then parametrized. Based on these parametrization and the scale-up experiments, the final laboratory and production concept was determined. The incorporation of the proposed system to the current production was designed by drawing of the production proposal of eight photoreactors divided in series of four, working in parallel. The photoreactor technology was protected by patent
WO 2022/108833 and is an intellectual property of TEVA company.
