Porovnání hodnocení a motivace zaměstnanců státní správy a podnikatelské sféry

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza motivačního systému a odměňování ve vybraných podnicích. Jeden podnik zastupuje státní sféru a druhý podnikatelskou sféru. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje poznatky o motivaci a hodnocení zaměstnanců. Předmětem praktické části této práce je provedení empirického šetření a analýzy současného stavu pracovní spokojenosti a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraných podnicích. Na základě zjištěných výsledků byly identifikovány problémové oblasti a navržena opatření k nápravě zjištěných nedostatků.

The diploma paper is focused on analyse of incentive measure and remuneration in chosen companies. One company represents Civil Service the other represents business sphere. In the theoretical part of the paper there is knowledge about work motivation and remuneration employees. Subject of the practical part of the paper is experience investigation and analyse of the present state satisfaction at work and motivation of employees in the chosen companies. Problem areas were identified on the basis of observed results and it was propounded measure to remedy the observed deficiencies.
