Aplikace logistických principů a metod v praxi

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the implementation of logistic procedures and methods in a company called Lamberga s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two parts, one being theoretical and the other one practical. In the first part I describe the basis of logistics and its individual spheres such as production and purchasing logistics and graphic techniques such as Gantt diagram. I also made a bill of material and technical-economic standards of production. In the second part I draw on the previously gained theoretical knowledge and its application in practice. I demonstrate the foundation and importance of logistic planning in a company by calculations and charts based on the data collected about company Lamberga s.r.o.
