Analýza a hodnocení produktivity práce

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with the labor productivity in surveyed company VIADRUS Inc. The goal of the work is the assessment comparable base for obtaining more objective and detailed information, which are further elaborated. On its base we will suggest the labor productivity possible improvement. Diploma thesis consists of two basic parts. The theoretic part determinates the concept of total productivity and labor productivity. The text describes some instruments for scanning, measuring and the labor productivity raising. Further it mentions the production volume influence and relation to average wages. The practical part analyzes VIADRUS Inc. company and it´s production divisions. It describes the comparable base for calculation of more objective and detailed information of labor productivity. At the end of the work I propose the possible solutions to increase the labor productivity.
