Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a specific business plan for the company organizing weddings and their coordination and also with the organization of other events. It is divided into two basic parts, the theoretical one, in which the basic concepts of business, types of analyzes, marketing mix and financial plan are defined. In the application part there is a detailed description of the business plan, all the analyzes mentioned in the theoretical part, business risks and a summary of the whole plan are made. Data from the work say that the market situation is favorable for the company. With the chosen method of advertising, prices and expected sales, the company should make a profit in the first year of business and earn the initial costs. All financial statements, apart from the balance sheet, are made in three variants, pessimistic, realistic and optimistic. The balance sheet is then made only in a realistic version. In following years, the company expects revenue growth due to becoming more familiar around potential customers.
