Abstract

Diploma thesis on the topic „Internal packaging management in selected industrial company“ deals with internal packaging inside the company and its utilization. In the theoretical part is described importance of internal logistics, storage, packaging and summary of internal packaging management. The practical part includes an analysis of the current state of the company KES - kabelové a elektrické systémy, spol. s.r.o. the measurement of utilization on internal packaging and design opportunities for improvement the situation. In the final part of diploma thesis is processed evaluation and comparison of the current state of company with the state of the future.
