Hyperbolické prostory a vizualizace grafu

Abstract

This thesis describes the visualization of large graphs in hyperbolic space. This thesis shows modification of existing algorithms for graph visualization by hyperbolic space. There is proposed solution of implementation for layout graph vertices in hyperbolic space using models for visualizing in hyperbolic space and spatial projection. In addition to the theory of hyperbolic space, this work deals with problems of vizualization in the web browser using SVG, algorithms for the graph visualization and downloading results by Google API.
