Analýza péče o pracovníky v podniku Ringierprint s.r.o Ostrava

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice péče o zaměstnance ve vybraném podniku. Jedná se zejména o spokojenost zaměstnanců s benefity. Na základě teoretického vymezení péče o pracovníky jsou teoretické poznatky aplikované na firmu Ringier Axel Springer Print CZ a.s. Pro zmapování této problematiky byl vytvořen dotazník, na jehož základě dochází ke zjištění potřebných údajů a následného navržení opatření. V práci je dále uvedeno, které benefity firma svým zaměstnancům poskytuje v rámci pracovního poměru. Postupně jsou popsány jednotlivé položky i s podmínky čerpání. Bakalářská práce má za úkol pomocí firmě při řešení této problematiky do budoucna.

The bachelor work deals with the problems of care of emyployees in the chosen enterprise. It is mainly the employees‘ satisfaction with benefits. On the basis of the theoretical definition of care of employees, the theoretical findings are applied to Ringier Axel Springer Print CZ Inc. company. A questionnaire was made for mapping of this problems, on whose basis there is found the necessary information and successive suggestion for remedy. In the work there is further mentioned which benefits the enterprise offers to its employees within the employment. Successively there are described the particular items together with conditions of their taking. The bachelor work is called for help to enterprise at resolving of these problems into the future.
