Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the financing of social services budget of the Region. Social services are theoretically characterized in the second chapter, under the Act No. 108/2006 Coll. Social Services, as amended. Defined terms for financing social services, social service providers and the quality of social services. The next two chapters are devoted to practice. The third chapter initially lists the numbers of disabled and elderly in the Moravian region - because of the subsequent analysis of the allowance organizations in the Region involved in the provision of residential social services. It is also describing the structure of social services in the region by the providers and describes the activities of the region carried out in the social sphere. The fourth and last chapter is focused on the contributory organization providing residential county social services. It analyzes the structure of their benefits and usefulness of the regional contribution the operation.
