Možnosti využití ručního skenování pro účely katastru nemovitostí

Abstract

This dissertation deals with the possibilities of using manual scanning for the purposes of the cadastre of the Czech Republic. The main part of the dissertation is devoted to the implementation of experimental measurements in the real environment of cadastral practice and their evaluation in terms of the achieved accuracy, reliability of results and efficiency of the solution. The aim of the dissertation is also to determine the optimal procedure for the application of manual scanning technology so that it can be used reliably in practice. In the context of manual scanning, the dissertation also addressed the issue of verification of the accuracy of the results for the purposes of the Land Registry. For any newly applied technology, it is necessary to identify weak points in surveying practice, as in other fields. It is necessary to focus on the measurement results, take into account the circumstances in specific situations in surveying practice and analyze it consistently. Last but not least, part of the dissertation solution is the proposal of a possible form of the documentation of the ZPMZ.
