Územní studie plochy "Z8", Ženklava

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování územní studie zástavby rodinnými domy v obci Ženklava na ploše, která je v územním plánu obce označená jako plocha “Z8”. V úvodu se práce zabývá rekapitulací teoretických východisek. Následuje analýza řešeného území. Praktická část je věnována detailnímu zpracování jednotlivých urbanistických návrhů prostorového uspořádání území včetně návrhu řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury. V závěru práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení a doporučení nejvhodnější varianty. The aim of the Master´s Thesis was to prepare the urban study for building of family houses in the Ženklava on the locality, which is called the locality “Z8” in the local plan of the village. In the introduction of the Master Thesis, theoretical terms are defined. The following chapters describe the analysis of this location. The practical part contains detailed individual urban solutions of the spatial arrangement this location. This solution includes the solution of traffic and technical infrastructure. At the end of the Master Thesis was to prepare the economical assessment and the best solution is recommended. Extent of this master thesis is 59 numbered pages.
