Abstract

These diploma thesis is engaged in debt relief act of an individual. Its main purpose is to define basic terms that are narrowly linked with the debt relief process itself and preparing the case study. Second chapter is dedicated to the basic characterization of bankruptcy. In third chapter an analysis of economical impact of debt relief to the individual has been done along with establishing the methods of debt relief act. Fourth chapter is dedicated to the practical example.
