Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with preparedness of town Frýdek-Místek for large-scale extraordinary events. The territory, where Frýdek-Místek is located including extraordinary events for the town, is briefly described at the first part. The next part is dedicated to preparedness of the town and the last part is analysing of a questionnaire survey of Frýdek-Místek's inhabitants.
