Abstract
Business in an association of natural persons with no legal personality is nowadays a less common form of business than in the past. In my thesis I tried to summarize the theoretical and practical aspects of natural persons without legal personality.The contract about the association, which is mentioned in the appendix no. 1, is connected to the establishment of an association.The Association of natural persons without legal personality is a source of confusion and problems.
