Návrh a realizace synchronní polohové regulace soustavy hydraulických válců

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the design and implementation of synchronous position control system of hydraulic cylinders, which is part of the training center of the company Ingeteam, Inc. The first part deals with theoretical analysis of hydraulic systems and their requirements to control. Work continues by design of control hydraulic station with synchronous position control followed by realization in PLC. The system is transferred to the visualization and displayed via PC and HMI InTouch. The results of testing and reached quality of control are evaluated in the end of this work. The results of this thesis are control software for Siemens PLC and visualization on PC which has been created in InTouch.
