Abstract

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the evaluation of employees’ recruitment and selection system in Decasport Company. The first part of the thesis is focused on explanation of the basic terms, which relate to Human Resources Management, the process of recruitment and selection of employees including methods, which are used for recruitment of employees by companies. Second part of the bachelor thesis characterizes the Decasport Company, describes their business work and analysis of the contemporary system of recruitment and selection of employees is provided. In the final part are presented proposed changes and recommendations, which will lead to more efficient way of recruitment and selection of employees in this company.
