Využití produktů po spalování fytomasy a dendromasy pro výrobu certifikovaných stavebních výrobků.

Abstract

Dissertation thesis deals with optimization of ratio for products resulting from combustion of phytomass and dendromass in order to produce certified construction products. The thesis also focuses on compliance with their technical properties. Power station Hodonín, belonging to company ČEZ, a.s., is equipped with two fluidized bed combustion boilers FK1 and FK2. In the present time coal is fired in the boiler FK1 while boiler FK2 is used for combustion of pure biomass. Products resulting from combustion of brown coal (or lignite) and biomass are used as certified construction products. Regarding to the facts that there is a lack of coal on the market and that there is a political support for subsidies of renewable sources of energy in the Czech Republic, combustion of pure biomass in both of the boilers is considered. In connection with this premise a key question is arising – whether generally or under which circumstances it will be possible to use biomass combustion products as certified construction products. Theoretical analysis and experimental verification of potential utilizations of combustion products resulting from phytomass and dendromass combustion as certified construction products is a main scientific content of the dissertation thesis. Totally ten experimental mixtures made of products from combustion of phytomass and dendromass were prepared by laboratory modelling. Subsequently tests of particular physical, mechanical, health-hazardous and ecological properties were carried out. Only four mixtures were recommended for production of certified construction product pursuant the analysis of laboratory results.
