Vyhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců s interní komunikací ve vybrané firmě

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit spokojenost zaměstnanců s interní komunikací ve vybrané firmě. Průzkum jsem provedla formou písemného dotazování, a díky odpovědím respondentů jsem získala potřebná data pro analýzu dané problematiky. Průzkumu se zúčastnilo 17 řadových zaměstnanců hlavní centrály organizace. Podotýkám, že dotazování bylo naprosto anonymní. Z analýzy získaných dat mohu konstatovat, že komunikace ve vybrané firmě mezi řadovými zaměstnanci a jejich nadřízenými funguje bez obtíží a je tedy velmi dobře nastavena. Cílem mé práce, kromě analýzy efektivity komunikace v dané organizaci, je také navrhnout postupy řešení možných problémů v komunikaci. Jelikož jsem nezjistila žádný problém, který by komunikaci zhoršoval, i přesto jsem se pokusila navrhnout několik opatřeni ke zlepšení vzájemné komunikace na daném pracovišti

Abstrakt

The theme of my bachelor thesis is the Evaluation of Employee Satisfaction with Internal Communication in a Selected Company. I did the research by writing questioning and thanks to te respondent’s answers I received necessery information for the analysis of these problems. 17 ordinary employees of the organization’s cantral took a part in this research. I do emphasize that the questioning was absolutely anonymus.

From the analysis of obtained data I can claim that the communication between ordinary employees and their supervisors works very well.

The target of this thesis, except the analysis of communication efectiveness in a given organization, is also suggest a solution of possible problems in communication. As I didn’t find any problem which would exacerbace the communication, nevertheless I tried to propose some steps which lead to better mutual communication on given workplace.
